Shipping Policy

ZaKar is very happy and excited that he’s had many visitors that help share his experience in the wilderness. Thanks for visiting and shopping at WILDERNESS LAIR. Sometimes the order isn’t late, it’s just taking the scenic route! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Print-on-Demand items are shipped once production is finished. Production/printing can take 2-8 days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order is expected to be delayed for a significant time, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

WILDERNESS LAIR ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A Shipment Confirmation is emailed once your order has shipped containing the tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

WILDERNESS LAIR is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

WILDERNESS LAIR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If the order is received damaged, please contact us at info@wildernesslair.com to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take pictures before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. and its territories.
